Advised Northstar on the Hotel and Residential Agreements for the Ritz-Carlton branded Hotel and Residences to be located in Montenegro (comprising 200 apartments and 49 villas).
Advised Realtejo-Hotelaria e Turismo, S.A, on the Franchise Agreement and Residential Marketing License Agreement for the Hyatt Regency Lisbon which involved the sale of apartments within the Hotel under a mandatory rental programme.
Advised EHC Maroc (a joint venture with Kingdom Hotel Investments and two developers) on the development of a 140 room luxury hotel with 40 villas sold as Residences in Marrakech, Morocco and operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
